Workshop

Project management

This two day workshop is more than just an introduction, you'll get to grips with the key principles and methodology to succeed in project management.

Build your knowledge and skills in scoping, negotiating for resources and dealing with problems, as well as supporting a team to deliver projects. You will be able to apply the key stages of the project management cycle using appropriate tools and techniques. It uses a nationally recognised methodology, used in Southwark, Prince2. Suitable for you if you are either new to managing projects, or already manage projects and would like to explore the methodology and key principles.

The document links are materials for the Project Management course and must be printed and brought along to the course as you will be using these throughout the session.
